Shipping policy

• The standard delivery is free of charge for orders minimum of 50 AED within the United Arab Emirates (locations within the city). Receive your order within 1-3 working days. (MIN AYN PRODUCTS ONLY)
• International Shipping Rates are computed based on shipping destination which is available on the checkout page. Receive your order within 5-15 working days. (MIN AYN PRODUCTS ONLY)
• Products from USA/UK vendors usually ship within 7-15 days. Free shipping is Worldwide on selected items. Please read product descriptions carefully before proceeding to check out. Contact us.

There has been a mishap with my delivery. What do I do?

We at Min Ayn prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and go to great lengths to meet their expectations. We take delivery mishaps seriously and prefer to investigate all such cases. In light of the same, please take note of the following scenarios:

1. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please record a photographic proof of the product and email it to us at info@minayn.com along with the Delivery Order number. We shall look into your complaint and, if considered genuine, shall resend the product to you, subject to availability, free of any additional cost.

2. In the event of your order being lost in the mail, please notify us and we shall do the needful to locate the delivery team at Singpost. Once we note a clear indication of your lost order, we shall resend the product to you, subject to availability, free of any additional cost. We regret to inform you that in case of the occurrence of any of the above events, no refunds are applicable. 

We give our customers the privilege to easily return the purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped regardless it is COD or paid thru online, you may return the item within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery. Please note that the return policy is applicable only for items that are in condition and payment of 25 AED is required for the return items locally. Contact us.
