RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The standard delivery is free of charge over 150 AED within United Arab Emirates (locations within the city). Receive your order within 1-2 working days.
International Shipping Rates are computed based on shipping destination which is available at check out page. Receive your order within 5-15 working days. (Based on shipping location).
Min Ayn gives you the privilege to easily return and refund or exchange the purchased item(s).
- Any order that has been shipped regardless it is COD or paid through online, you may return/exchange the item within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery.
- T&C apply: The customer needs to pay 25 aed for any item return or exchanged within the period. (for local orders only).
- Extra charge worth 35 AED for orders that exceeds 5 kg. All charges may apply upon return, or exchange of item(s) purchased.
- Orders that exceed 7 days period cannot be returned or exchanged.
CANCELLATION REPLACEMENT POLICY
Cancellations can be done within one hour of the order. For any cancellations of a confirmed order, please get in touch with us immediately at info@minayn.com
REFUND
Delivery & Shipping fees will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned product/item and the User will receive a refund for the balance.
The Delivery & Shipping fees will be waived if the returned product/item was not as shown on the site or faulty/defective/damaged. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Minayn provides the Site and its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, accuracy, and non-infringement. Minayn makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided on or through the use of the Site or that the operation of the Site will be error-free and/or uninterrupted. Minayn makes no warranty that defects will be corrected or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. The nature of Internet communications means that this Site may be susceptible to data corruption, interception, non-availability, and delays. The Site may also be unavailable from time to time due to repairs, maintenance, or development work. You agree that Minayn has no obligation to provide support for the Site. You expressly agree that you use the Site at your own risk.
REPLACEMENT
You will have the right to return and exchange a product/item purchased through the site within seven (7) days if it does not match the product/item booked on the site and provided that the relevant product/item is in the same condition as that when it was received and with the original packaging intact.
Please note that return, exchange & refund policy is applicable only for items that are in condition. We may require a further inspection of certain items as per management approval.
